PARCEL 1:

28 ACRES OF BARE LAND with 361' of frontage on CR 4. This parcel has Bishop Ditch running across it about 1/8 mile back and this ditch also runs along the west line.

PARCEL 2:

15.4 ACRES OF BARE LAND with approx. 200' of frontage on CR 4. This parcel joins Parcel 1 and lies just to the west.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
