Cheesy Green Bean Casserole

4 (14.5 oz.) cans green beans, drained
1½ c. mushrooms, washed and chopped
2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. 2% milk
4 c. mozzarella cheese
2 (2.8 oz.) cans French fried onions
Preheat oven to 350°. In a mixing bowl add green beans, fresh mushrooms, both cans of soup and milk. Mix together well. Fold in 2 cups of the cheese and 1 can of fried onions. Pour into a 13x9" casserole dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil, cover top with remaining cheese and the remaining can of fried onions. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. —8 servings.
