Published: Friday, May 19, 2017

North Central Co-op awarded 10 scholarships to local recipients for use toward educational expenses this coming school year. Since 2001, NCC has awarded over 100 scholarships totaling over $110,000 to award deserving high school seniors with at least five years of 4-H and/or two years of FFA involvement.

NCC is proud to award two scholarships to local college students. The second annual Huntington University scholarship is offered to a student pursuing a degree in an agricultural related field. In addition to the Huntington University scholarship, NCC awards the Darrell L. Smith Honorary Scholarship to a junior enrolled in a four-year, agriculture-related program who has expressed a sincere desire to continue a career in agriculture.

North Central Co-op is a full-service agricultural supply company that is 100 percent farmer owned with its headquarters located in Wabash, Ind. If you are interested in learning more about North Central Coop, visit our website at www.ncc.coop.
