4-H Cake Decorating Workshops Offered

The 4-H cake decorating workshop will be held from 6-8 p.m. March 13 and April 12 at the Ag Hall Bldg. on the Elkhart County Fairgrounds in Goshen.
During the workshop, Four-H members can learn and practice skills needed for their 4-H cake decorating project. Participants should bring the following items: icing, coupler, tips appropriate for your experience level, decorating bag, and a spatula or spoon. There will be teachers assisting with beginner, intermediate and advanced level. Four-H cake decorating will be judged based on experience level, rather than grade level. Beginners are welcome at any grade level. Cake decorating forms and boards will be available at the workshop.
The workshop is free to attend and is 4-H youths only. Four-H parents are encouraged to attend with their children. Four-H youth should register for the workshop by contacting the Extension office. For more information, contact the Extension office at 574/533-0554.
