Strawberry Tarts

1 pkg. pie crust mix or your own pie pastry
24 fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
1/3 c. red currant jelly, melted
1½ (8 oz. pkgs.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
Cut 2½" circles from pie crust. Fit into 1¾" muffin pans (mini-muffin pans). Bake 10 minutes at 425°. Cool tarts.
Mix cream cheese, nutmeg, milk and sugar together. Fill tart shells with cheese mixture, dip strawberries into jelly and place on top of tarts. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. —24 tarts.
