Niles Angus Farm Wins Breeder Award

Seldom Rest Farm of Niles in Berrien County recently was awarded Premier Breeder honors at two Purebred Angus Shows, including the National Junior Angus Assn. 50th anniversary show in Madison, Wis. and the Eastern Regional Angus Show in Lima, Ohio.
The Angus cattle with the Seldom Rest Farm prefix in their registration included grand champion owned cow/calf, grand champion owned female, third overall and several division champions. Seldom Rest cattle also were named grand champion at Atlantic-National Show in Timonium, MD., and the Eastern Regional Show in Lima, Ohio.
The Foster family of Seldom Rest Farms, Niles enterprises include raising corn, soybean and alfalfa and the purebred Angus cattle herd.
