(Slow Cooker) Festive Bacon & Cheese Dip

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, cut into cubes

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Colby cheese, cut into cubes

1 c. half-and-half

2 Tbsp. yellow mustard

1 Tbsp. minced onion

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. red pepper sauce

1 lb. bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled

White round tortilla chips

Assorted raw vegetables, cut into small pieces

Combine cream cheese, Colby cheese, half-and-half, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper sauce in 1½-qt. slow cooker. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, on Low 1 hour or until cheese melts.

Stir in bacon; adjust seasonings. Keep warm in slow cooker, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips and vegetables. —About 4 cups.
