Beef Congress Set for Dec. 6-8 in Indiana

The dates of the largest single state junior cattle show in the U.S., the Indiana Beef Cattle Assn's. Hoosier Beef Congress are quickly approaching. The website, www.hoosierbeef congress.com is updated with the 2019 HBC information and all details for the junior show, showmanship, contest rules, breed rules, tradeshow, all-star and breed sale, schedule of events, etc. can be found on the website.
The deadline for the all-star and breed sale entries is Oct. 15 and the junior show registration deadline is Nov. 1. To avoid a late entry fee, entries for the junior show must be postmarked no later than this date.
An online auction will take place again this year on Nov. 12 for the first 30 spots in the stalling line. Auction information will be available online at Willoughby Sales or call the IBCA office at 317/293-2333 for additional information.
The Indiana Beef Cattle Assn. is an affiliate of the National Cattlemen's Beef Assn. and is the state's member group and issues manager for all segments of the beef cattle industry including cattle breeders, producers and feeders. It is the grass roots policy development organization for the beef business.
