Apple Butter Glazed Ham (Diabetic)

6 lb. bone-in smoked ham

¾ c. apple butter

2 Tbsp. mustard

¼ c. packed light brown sugar

¼ c. sugar-free maple syrup

¼ tsp. ground cloves

Preheat oven to 325°. Score ham with a paring knife through the skin and fat in a tight crosshatch pattern. Place ham, fat side up, in a large roasting pan. Bake 1 hour.

Whisk apple butter, mustard, brown sugar, syrup and cloves in a bowl until smooth. Brush ham with half the glaze and bake for 15 more minutes.

Brush remaining glaze over ham and bake another 15 minutes or until ham is heated through. Let rest for 15 minutes before carving. —24 servings.
