Published: Friday, November 8, 2019

7 to 8 lb. spiral sliced smoked honey ham half with glaze packet

¾ c. jellied cranberry sauce

¼ c. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

¼ tsp. ground allspice

Preheat oven to 325°. Remove glaze packet from ham; set aside. Line shallow roasting pan with aluminum foil. Place ham face down in prepared pan.

Combine cranberry sauce, mustard, cinnamon, allspice and contents of glaze packet; mix well. Spread 1/3 cranberry mixture evenly over ham. Cover tightly with foil. Roast 1 hour.

Spread 1/3 cup more cranberry mixture over ham. Roast, covered, an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 148° when tested with meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of ham, not touching bone.

Preheat broiler. Remove foil; turn ham serving side up. Spread remaining cranberry mixture over top of ham. Broil 1-2 minutes until mixture glazes ham. Transfer ham to warm serving platter; let stand 5 minutes before serving. —10-12 servings.
