Crockpot Pork Chops

4 pork chops, thawed
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper
2 c. low sodium chicken broth
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
¼ sweet onion, chopped
5 small carrots
1 c. brown rice
1 can sweet peas
Brown pork chops in oil in skillet. Season and place in a crockpot. Add broth, bouillon, onion and carrots. Cook on High for 1 hour. After 1 hour, turn crockpot to Low and cook for 6 hours.
During the last hour, add the rice and peas. —4 servings.
