Heaven on a Cracker

12 slices bacon
2 blocks cream cheese, softened at room temperature
2/3 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese, shredded
2 green onions, sliced
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Cook bacon and set aside to cool, then crumble. Blend together the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Fold in shredded cheese and green onions and spread in a microwave safe dish.
Combine crumbled bacon and cracker crumbs and sprinkle on top. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes, depending on microwave wattage. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or corn chips. —About 6 to 8 servings.
