Texas Caviar Pasta Salad

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Zesty Italian dressing
16 oz. elbow pasta, cooked in salted water and drained
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 medium red onion, diced
1 c. grape tomatoes, halved
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz. can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
15 oz. can corn, drained
½ tsp. ground cumin
¼ c. chopped fresh cilantro
In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise and Italian dressing until well blended. Add cooked macaroni and mix in.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. —10 servings.
