Spinach Dip Bites

48 wonton wrappers
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. Mozzarella
½ c. sour cream
1½ c. Parmesan cheese, divided
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
½ tsp. garlic salt
Pepper, to taste
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. artichoke hearts, drained
Preheat oven to 350°. Carefully place wonton wrappers in mini-muffin tin pans. Bake for 7-8 minutes and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened cream cheese, Mozzarella, sour cream, 1 cup Parmesan, garlic, garlic salt and pepper.
Add drained thawed spinach and artichoke hearts and stir until well-combined. Spoon filling into each of the shells, then use back of spoon or hands to press filling in. Use remaining ½ cup Parmesan to sprinkle on top of spinach bites. Bake 10-15 minutes. —48 servings.
