Juicy Chicken 101

3 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 to 3 Tbsp. sunflower oil
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1½ tsp. paprika
1½ tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400°. Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Once the oil is hot, fry the seasoned chicken breasts for 5 minutes on one side. Flip the chicken breasts and put the skillet on the middle rack of the preheated oven.
Bake for 13 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°. Let chicken breasts rest for 5 minutes before slicing, which helps to prevent the chicken from being dry and tough. —3 servings.
